"I contacted the agency regarding my plans to have a new roof installed and questions about how that might affect my premium. Jasmin answered all my questions and sent over the documentation I needed before I'd even hung up the phone. Great work, and much appreciated!"

"I am not impressed with the lack of transparency of this office. Jasmine intercepts emails and phone calls for Kelly Wells. Jasmine was told I needed a cancelled policy to be extended for a couple months until my father's house was sold. She neglected to inform me the underwriters would not look at the request until October 8-10. Problem, the policy expires Oct. 6th. What if the underwriters would not to a policy extension? Secondly, when the umbrella policy was cancelled due to my father not driving anymore and selling his truck, she added additional coverage to the home policy to protect us if someone were to be hurt on the premises. Weeks later, after I paid the additional amount, State Farm informed me they would not allow the additional coverage. Lastly, the office clearly didn't advise my 82 year old father about vehicle coverage. Why would anyone have full coverage on a 1999 truck, but he had it. I can only guess, the agent only wanted more money! Clearly, I would not recommend Kelly Wells office for any insurance needs!"

"We had used State Farm for more than a decade prior to moving to Colorado and chose Kelly Wells purely based on proximity. We did not have any issues with State Farm until our last month with her branch when we actually needed to use our insurance policies and were shocked at how horribly unprofessional and gross she and her staff behaved. She advised us to file a non-at fault accident with SF instead of the other person's insurance, which has resulted in us being in subrogation for going on 6mo in order to recover our deductible. Additionally, our home was scarily under-insured (which was the final straw) and when we tried to use our home owners policy for the 1st time, we were essentially unable to and received no assistance or explanation how this happened by anyone in her office (including Kelly). I would not recommend this branch to anyone."
